These terms apply when you use AmenDay. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What AmenDay is

AmenDay is a tool for personal prayer and reading Scripture. It is not a church, and it does not replace a pastor, priest, counselor, doctor or emergency service.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services right away. In the United States you can call or text 988.

The prayer companion

Replies from the prayer companion are written by an AI model. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not spiritual direction, professional advice or the words of God. Use your own judgment, and speak with a trusted pastor or professional about important decisions.

Please do not use the companion to create harmful, hateful or unlawful content. We may limit use to keep the service available for everyone.

Prayer Circles

Share only what you are comfortable with the members of your circle seeing. Please be kind: do not post anything hateful, harassing, unlawful or private about someone else. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time in the You tab.

AmenDay Premium

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID or Google account. The price and period are shown before you buy.

If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Content

Scripture is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States. The prayers, reflections, plans, artwork, sounds and design in AmenDay belong to AmenDay and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within the app.

No warranty

AmenDay is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above, and continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
